Service: Nurevo (AI search optimization (AEO) and WebMCP service)

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Nurevo (the “Service”), an AI search optimization (AEO) and WebMCP service provided by Bestie LLC (the “Company”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Definitions)

  1. “Business Information” means store name, address, telephone number, business hours, business type, location, price range, and similar information handled by the Service.
  2. “Tag” means the script provided by the Service for installation on a user’s website.
  3. “Hosted Page” means a store information page generated and provided by the Company under nurevo.jp.
  4. “Referral Partner” means a person who introduces the Service under the Company’s conditions and receives referral compensation.

Article 2 (Registration)

  1. Users must register through the method designated by the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse or cancel registration if the registration contains false information or the Company otherwise considers the user inappropriate.

Article 3 (Service)

  1. The Service supports publishing Business Information in structured data formats such as schema.org so that AI search engines and similar systems can read it.
  2. The Company may use external services such as Google Places API to obtain Business Information.
  3. The Company does not guarantee display, listing, ranking, or any other result on a particular AI service.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The monthly fee is JPY 3,000 (tax included). There is no free trial period.
  2. Fees are paid monthly in advance through the payment processor Stripe.
  3. The Company will provide prior notice when changing fees.
  4. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including on a pro-rata basis, except where the Company is materially at fault.

Article 5 (Cancellation)

  1. Users may cancel at any time through the method designated by the Company.
  2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable billing period, and the fee for that period is non-refundable.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not:

  1. register false Business Information;
  2. infringe third-party rights;
  3. use the Service unlawfully or improperly; or
  4. intentionally cause AI search engines or similar systems to read information that differs from reality, including cloaking.

Article 7 (Suspension)

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice when required for maintenance, failures, external service outages, or other unavoidable reasons.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose, results, accuracy, or completeness.
  2. The Company is not liable for damage arising from use or unavailability of the Service except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
  3. Where the Company is liable, its liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the month in which the event occurred.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights in the Service and Hosted Pages belong to the Company or the applicable rights holder. Rights in Business Information belong to the user or the applicable business.

Article 10 (Personal Information)

The Company handles personal information in accordance with its separate Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Changes)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. Changes take effect when notified by the Company or posted on the website.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court in Japan has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes concerning the Service.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version prevails.
