Bestie LLC (the “Company”), represented by Tsuyoshi Hashimoto, describes below how it handles personal information and user information in connection with Nurevo (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

• Contact information, including email addresses;
• Business information, including store name, address, telephone number, business hours, business type, location, and price range;
• Payment-related information processed through Stripe; the Company does not retain card numbers; and
• Service usage and access information.

2. Purposes of Use

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• To publish Business Information as structured data and generate Hosted Pages;
• To bill and process payments and calculate and pay referral compensation; and
• To respond to inquiries and send important notices.

3. Service Providers and Processors

The Company may share information with the following providers only as necessary to provide the Service:

• Google (Places API): obtaining business information;
• Stripe: payment processing and referral payouts;
• Resend: email delivery;
• Cloudflare: hosting and data storage; and
• OpenAI: AEO optimization processing for structured data and related AEO improvements.

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without consent except where required by law or necessary for the providers described above to perform the Service. Business Information may be publicly published as structured data so that AI search engines can read it.

The Company retains information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of use and securely deletes it when it is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention obligations.
